Cancellation and refund policy

The Consumer Protection Law allows the customer of a distance selling transaction to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details, whichever is later.

In the event of cancellation or return, you must contact the business as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the product or execution of the transaction. The transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product and subject to the following conditions:

The business will be entitled to deduct the said amount from the payment that will be refunded to the customer after the product is returned to the business as stated.

Product return conditions

The customer will be entitled to return products, in their original and complete packaging (if they were packaged), within 14 days of receiving them, and receive a credit for them. In such a case, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the products from the business to the customer and from the customer to the business.
